About Me
I am a Brooklyn-based chef with ten years of experience in plant-based cuisine. My passion is to prepare delicious, nourishing meals using seasonal and organic whole foods. I’m thrilled to see the growing enthusiasm towards plant-based foods, as we realize how beneficial they are to both our health and our planet. This lifestyle doesn’t have to be daunting to adopt or challenging to maintain. Through my chef services, I take out the guesswork and personally guide you on your plant-based journey.

I have extensive experience accommodating dietary restrictions and allergies. I prepare delicious meals on site or have them delivered to your door.
My Background
I began my plant-based journey as an oddball child who would rather have an extra serving of broccoli than a bowl of ice cream. As a young adult, I became captivated by the vegetable-centric culinary movement. I learned about the entire farm-to-table process, from cultivation to the plate. Inspired, I realized that I wanted to pursue a career preparing the food I’m passionate about. This drew me to New York City, where I studied at the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts. Since completing my studies, I’ve been living my dream, working in New York City as a Chef for high-end vegan restaurants, for health-supportive meal delivery services and for individuals.
